Author Guidelines

Naveen International Journal of Multidisciplinary Sciences (NIJMS) will only accept manuscripts submitted as e-mail attachments (editor@nijms.com ) or by Online Submission link. The submitted paper should be preferably in NIJMS Paper Template. This will ensure fast processing and publication.

Criteria for Manuscript:

1. Manuscripts must be free of plagiarism, ensuring originality with no prior publication.

2. The writing must be clear, concise, and unambiguous.

3. Data presented must be valid and reliable.

4. Authors' discussions and conclusions must be well-founded and substantiated.

5. The information provided should be relevant and compelling within the research field.

Preparation of Manuscripts:

As part of the submission process, authors must ensure that their manuscript complies with the following guidelines. Failure to adhere to these requirements may result in delays in the publication process.

Manuscript Format:

The manuscript should be written in English or Hindi using MS-Word (doc or docx format) and must adhere to the Naveen International Journal of Multidisciplinary Sciences (NIJMS) paper template available here.

Manuscript Structure:

  1. Title: Clearly indicate the title of the manuscript.
  2. Abstract: Provide a concise summary of the research objectives, methods, results, and conclusions.
  3. Keywords: List keywords that accurately represent the content of the manuscript.
  4. Introduction: Present the background and objectives of the study.
  5. Materials & Methods: Describe the materials used and the methods employed in the research.
  6. Results & Discussion: Present the findings and discuss their implications.
  7. Conclusion: Summarize the main outcomes and significance of the research.
  8. References: List all sources cited in the manuscript according to the specified format.

Review and Publication Process:

  • All manuscripts undergo rigorous review by at least two editorial board members.
  • Authors will receive acceptance or rejection notifications via email within 2-7 days of submission.
  • Upon acceptance, authors must submit the following documents to editor@nijms.com:
    • Copyright agreement form (download here) signed by the author.
    • Undertaking by author form (download here) signed by the author.
    • Payment proof of nominal publication fees.
  • Accepted papers will be published within 2-5 days after receipt of all necessary documents.

Information provided (names and email addresses) will be used exclusively for journal purposes and will not be shared with any other party.
